How to open the "Schlüsselkopf" on a "Klappsc

I have been looking at this site http://www.passatplus.de/arbeitshilfen/schluessel/index.htm and my key loks the same, but I dont manage to get the two plastic parts from each other (I need to transfer the transponder from one key to an other). ..

First check if you have an oval or rectangular key panel. Is it more oval then you see a notch below the VW-logo else you find the notch under the flipped open key.
Use a slotted screwdriver that fits into this notch. Then turn slowly but with a decent amount of power. :mukkies:

If you don´t cant to much the key should easily split into two parts.

Thanks for the help, but my problem is not to get the remote part and the key part from each other, but to open the plastic where the key blade is so tht I can remove the WFS transponder

There is no need to open the part, wherer the keyblade is fixed. The part where the key panel is attached contains the remote unit. And this box can be opened very easily without any tools.

Hope I got it right now and we are talking about the same keys.

@der Ahnungslose, da hast du was falsch verstanden. Er möchte den Transponder tauschen und dazu muß er den Teil mit dem Schlüssel öffnen.

@petter, to open the part with the key and the transponder, remove the vw logo on the back, it's glued on. Under this the is a little screw. After removing this screw you can open the key-part

The Transpoder from the Wegfahrsperre is glued, you can the Transpoder with a hair dryer disengage.
