Kaputt getribe? (tiptronic 5)

Hello my name is Robert and I´m from Sweden.
I was hoping you could tell me whats wrong with my Passat -01 Tiptronic 5-gang gearbox. When I give full throttle from standing still the engine rushes to 4500-5000rpm , it´s like when you have a bad clutch on a manual gearbox, but I only think it´s on first gear. Sometimes I think it changes gear a bit late on 2 gear , 3000rpm on very easy throttle.
Is there something that can be fixed? Change gearbox-oil ? Change converter och someting inside the gearbox?
The car has done 410 tkm, former taxi.

Did you check the oil level?
But with 410 tkm on it, the clutches might be done.

In the gearbox is below a big allen screws. I believe the size is 17. The big allen screws is the ATF Control screws. If the car on a stage or about a pit just stands and the temperature ATF with approx. 30-40 °C is oil must come there a little out. Then this is okay.
