central armsupport and rear seat

it may seem stupid but how can i remove
the top of the central armsupport ?
i'm having my interior retailled in leather
but i have to get it out first :roll:

i want to dismount part nr 41 on the drawing
can somebody help me out ?
also how to remove the rear seat ?
btw it's a passat 3BG

First You have to dismount part 43 then 44 an 42.

After that you have to release the "nose" on the bottom from Part 41 wich holds on Part 40 and pull it forward.

call me stupid but how do i remove part 43 ?
is it attached with clips ?

With a Screwdriver and softly pulling down from the front. holds only with clips
